Jose Ibietatorremendia to Join Veranova as SVP, General Counsel, and Secretary

Wayne, PA – Veranova announced today the appointment of Jose Ibietatorremendia as the company’s SVP, General Counsel, and Secretary, reporting to Chief Executive Officer Mike Riley.

Jose has more than 20 years of in-house legal leadership experience spanning private equity–backed growth companies through to established publicly traded companies. His addition to the leadership team will continue to enhance Veranova’s commitment to upholding standards of excellence across its business.

Prior to joining Veranova, Jose served as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Secretary at Catalent. He also previously served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at NYSE Blue, Liquid Holdings Group, and APX, and held roles of increasing responsibility at Goldman Sachs and GE Capital. Jose holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
