Contact usAt Veranova, we’re building advanced infrastructure to support some of the world’s most potent and complex medicines, from ADC linker-payloads to highly potent APIs (HPAPIs). Our Devens, Massachusetts expansion is advancing well, and we’re excited to share new progress from the build as we continue strengthening our capabilities for partners developing next-generation therapies. View the build photos below for a closer look at how the new facility is taking shape.

The investment will add 9,000 square feet to the Devens site, including a new state-of-the-art process development laboratory and two cGMP HPAPI suites. The new suites will support handling up to Occupational Exposure Band 6 (OEB6), enabling work with some of the most potent compounds used in advanced therapeutics.
The expansion will further enhance Veranova’s development and manufacturing capabilities for potent compounds, ADC linker-payloads, HPAPIs and other complex molecules. It also builds on deep technical expertise across the organization, including 20 years of experience in linker-payload development and manufacturing and 50 years of experience in HPAPI development and manufacture.
Alongside a complementary investment to establish state-of-the-art bioconjugation development and cGMP manufacturing capabilities at Devens, these initiatives represent a more than $50 million commitment to strengthening US-based infrastructure for ADCs and bioconjugates, with the potential to create up to 70 new jobs.
