Veranova Recognized as One of SOCMA’s 12 Companies for Industry-Leading Safety Programs

Veranova is pleased to announce that it has been recognized by The Society of Chemical Manufacturers & Affiliates, Inc. (SOCMA) as a recipient of its 2023 Safety Recognition Program. One of 12 awardees, Veranova has been acknowledged for its contribution to the safety culture of the specialty chemicals industry at its West Deptford, NJ site.

The award aims to promote collaboration across the industry and highlight the work of companies demonstrating commitment to safety practices. This year, the Safety Recognition Program reviewed the best practices for each facility, paying particular attention to emergency planning & response, process safety, communications, material transfer, and stakeholder engagement. The 2023 honorees were commemorated at the SOCMA Summit & Annual Meeting, which took place in New Orleans, LA from November 6-8.
