We produce oligonucleotides by solid phase synthesis, liquid phase synthesis, and fragment condensation. Our team partners to develop and demonstrate custom oligonucleotide production processes for your drug program.

We have manufactured nucleoside phosphoramidites for commercial phosphorodiamidate morpholino oligomer (PMO) drugs for over 10 years and can develop starting materials to support oligonucleotide production, including natural and modified oligonucleotides (Figure 2). Additional nucleotides are demonstrated per request to fit the specific chemistry needs of your unique drug (e.g., monomers for respective Figure 1 structures).
